In episode 6, we looked at how they knew each other ten years before their deaths. Yoo Ji Hyuk invites Kang Ji Won to his apartment to discuss their time travel plans. Kang Ji Won reunites with the cat she once cared for in college. Yoo Ji Hyuk suggested that Kang Ji Won flee from her destiny of marrying Park Min Hwan.
Kang Ji Won mentioned that fate cannot be avoided; it can only be transferred to someone else who will face it. That’s why Kang Ji Won devised a plan in which Jung Soo Min, who was previously obsessed with everything Kang Ji Won owned, would have to go through the same agony that Kang Ji Won did when she married Park Min Hwan. Yoo Ji Hyuk agrees and will support Kang Ji Won’s wishes.
Yoo Ji Hyuk’s grandfather discovered his relationship and hoped that he would only have relationships with more appropriate women. Yoo Ji Hyuk’s grandfather advised him to restrict his interactions with Kang Ji Won.
