🌟 Exciting Announcement 🌟I'm feeling both grateful and vulnerable as I share this post with you all. Recently, I had the honor of participating in the Nestlé challenge, where I poured my heart and soul into crafting a pitch that I believed in. Out of 106 participants, I was humbled to be chosen as one of the finalists to present my idea.Receiving the certificate for this achievement should have filled me with pride, but instead, I find myself grappling with a mix of emotions. Despite the recognition, I can't shake this feeling of plainness, as if I haven't truly achieved anything significant.Has anyone else ever experienced something similar? How did you navigate these emotions and find clarity and purpose in your accomplishments?I'm sharing this vulnerability because I believe that growth and success often come hand in hand with moments of doubt and uncertainty. And while it's easy to focus on the destination, it's the journey—the lessons learned, the challenges overcome, and the personal growth—that truly shape us.I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to some incredible individuals who have played a pivotal role in my growth journey and the success of pitching my idea in the recent Nestlé challenge.Edmond Ate ,Uchechukwu E. O. , Cristina Vásquez , and Emmanuel Jago , your unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement have meant the world to me. Your insights, feedback, and belief in my abilities have propelled me forward, giving me the confidence to step onto the stage and share my vision with the world.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this journey with me. Your support has made all the difference, and I couldn't have done it without you. Here's to many more milestones and shared successes ahead! 🚀So here's to embracing vulnerability, celebrating small victories, and finding fulfillment in the journey, wherever it may lead. And to my fellow challengers, thank you for being part of this journey with me. Let's continue to support and inspire each other as we pursue our dreams. 🚀 Another skill achieved PITCHING.#Vulnerability #PersonalGrowth #JourneyToSuccess

It fills me with immense pride to share that I've been awarded as Manager of the Year at McDonald's Glenellen for 2023 🏆 However this award goes beyond just personal achievement. The dedication of my team, has truly been the bedrock of my achievements. Their support and tireless efforts everyday have helped me to overcome challenges and have transformed potential setbacks into stepping stones for growth. This award, therefore, is a reflection of the collective spirit and the extraordinary efforts of every single member of my store. Personally it'sa shared victory, celebrating the incredible teamwork and resilience that has been created through my tenure which started in 2019. Personally the complexities of both work and academic commitments has certainly posed a substantial challenge to me. However it has been immensely beneficial for my growth on both a personal and professional level. This balancing act has not only demonstrated my ability to manage diverse commitments effectively but has also pushed me to excel in both areas. It stands as a powerful reminder of what perseverance and dedication can achieve. My time spent at McDonald's has filled me with both gratitude and happiness. This is due to my McDonalds journey offering me invaluable lessons in leadership, teamwork, and adaptability. With that though, i'd like to give a massive thank you to everyone who's been part of my incredible journey. Your encouragement, support and teamwork have been the backbone of my experience. Here'sto a future brimming with more growth, learning and achievements! 🚀#Manager #leadership #professionalgrowth #award #adaptability #gratitude #successstory #teamwork #resilience #careerdevelopment

When I sit back and think about my professional journey I realize how lucky I was to have great bosses and mentors. All of them guided me so well and taught me the values of life. None of them ever asked me to anything that is morally and ethically not right. Many a time I failed and couldn't achieve my targets. Yet my bosses always supported me to remain ethical, no shortcuts. This is not for one or two years, not for one or two bosses. But it happened the same way for thirty five years of my journey with Nestlé across functions, countries and continents. What does it mean? It reflects clearly the culture of the great organization Nestlé that I worked for.For many years I worked for the Infant Nutrition business which is heavily regulated and guided by a code of ethics. There also I have to say that I could see the genuine sincerity of the company management and top leadership in following the guidelines not only by letters but also in spirits. I learned from that.As I am penning down my memories, I thought of acknowledging this great culture of Nestlé and take this opportunity to deeply express my gratitude. Thank you to all my bosses and mentors who have guided me.A word for the young professionals here. Education is important for your career. But it is even more improtant to demonstrate the moral and ethical values of life for progression of your career. Stick to the basic values of life. It will make your professional life brighter even when you have a darker surroundings.I repeat I was lucky and blessed. I got a fantastic environment to grow in Nestle most of the time.#Ethics#Corporatelearnings

Today I’m celebrating one year at Tyson Foods. In only 12 months, I have been fortunate enough to experience 3 different roles each one with a bigger and more exciting scope than the other. My hard work didn’t go unnoticed and I am grateful for the trust of our leaders and for the recognition I have received. Some of my highlights from this reflection: *winning the MAD performance award 🥇 *heartwarming performance feedbacks from managers and leaders♥️ *being encouraged to get creative with solutions, challenging the status quo! 🧠 *getting pushed outside of my comfort zone & encouraged to make mistakes we can learn from✨ *leading key initiative & transformational projects ✍️ *building tools, processes, dashboards & resources that our teams, worldwide, rely on daily for their work to be done efficiently & reported back on💻 *being HEARD and INCLUDED 👂 *meeting incredible bright minds all over the world 🌍 *2 back to back promotions 🎉 Comparing my knowledge, skills and ways of thinking YTD, I realize that while significant progress can’t be seen on a daily basis, we shouldn’t give up. It’s important to work on incremental improvements daily as over a 1 year duration, the compounding effects are quite significant.
