good day, here's my testimony: the take down remover cream was 100% successful for me. i got it in the mail on tuesday, spent about 7 hours straight detangling my hair with the metal rat tail comb i also purchased through you on wednesday, and did a complete co-wash to get the rest of the small knots out thursday morning. this is a great product, and i would highly recommend it to anyone that was as negligent with their hair as i was with my matted situation. i bought 3 bottles thinking that i would need all 3, however, i only needed to use 1 full bottle, but i am keeping the other 2 bottles on tap. again, thanks for the great take-down remover. it is a very effective product! Dear Sir Madam, My hair were completely matted since 3 years due to problems in my family and the lack of care.I felt completely desesperated sad and felt myself less feminine but I did not want to cut the all.When I first discover take down product remover I did not believe that it was possible that a such product can really help.When I tried it for the first time I was really really surprised by its efficacity! This product is the TRUTH! My hair was so matted I actually considered just cutting it off and starting over. I felt like I had tried everything. I tried shea butter, coconut butter, apple cider vinegar mixtures, moisturizers, I could go on but am sure you get the picture. I saw tons of videos on YouTube and saw one for the "Take Down" product. I checked out their website and everything they said made sense for me. I tried to find the product in my local beauty supply stores with no luck so I called the number they listed. Low and behold the OWNER actually answered the phone! This lady spent so much time on the phone with me. She answered ALL my questions, she made suggestions, but most of all she listened. There are so many reasons a person hair can get to the point of being so horribly matted that they even need a product like this. For me, it was the death of so many loved ones backed to backed. A young man that was my son's best friend, he was like a son to me. Then two cousins, my Church Mother, then her husband the Bishop, OMG my MOTHER! My last surviving aunt, then her husband my uncle. I mean to tell you I was overwhelmed with grief. My hair was the last thing I was thinking about. This "Take Down Remover" WORKED! I am so grateful for it and the owner for encouraging me to try one more product her "Take Down Remover". It saved my hair with very little breakage as I slowly and patiently went through the process of unmatting my hair. I did not want any help because honey I did NOT want anyone to see this mess that was my hair. LMBO So it took a little longer but I got it done. All I can say is give "Take Down Remover" a try. You most likely will need at least two bottles but you will save your hair so it is more than worth it. It comes with some instructions, so follow them. Don't give up, and be blessed. Of course you are skeptical even after watching the video on youtube. I ordered the product and the detangling comb. My hair had to dreds in the font and back of my hair anit if I had cut it I would have had to cut all my hair to make it match. First of all the product smells so good. It is creamy and oily so it moisturizes you hair immediately. When you put it on the dreded area and slowly take the come little by little it really works. !!!!!!!

Although it's quite pricey for the amount you get(In my opinion), it goes a long way. I had used this product and a knitting loom hook to erase 6 months worth of matted hair. Unlike normal conditioners it's much more slippery and water like and doesn't clump when you're brushing your hair with it in. Overall its fantastic, would highly recommend!

I really was skeptical about your detangle videos-especially with all the YouTube videos I had already seen telling me to use conditioner/oil concoctions and all other sorts.But thank God your detangler does work really well and I am glad I bought the video kit-eventhough I had to buy an extra detangler-it was worth the money.Keep up the great work guys....
